Job Searching and Political Blame

This is a post I submitted to a LinkedIn web discussion on "Finding a Job in a Slow Economy." The discussion got started with an individual who stated that people who are talented would not be unemployed for very long. Comments on Health Care Premiums

I am honestly a strong advocate for Health Care/Insurance/Industry Reform. I've tried to keep up on the debate but it is not that easy to grasp the scope of the changes when so many of the websites, blogs, and information sources do not seem to provide unbiased information. Stanwood location for dropping off election ballots

In responding to a request by a citizen, yesterday (20 October 2009) I sent an email to the Snohomish County Elections Office to find out about restoring the Stanwood location for dropping off election ballots. Here is the reply I received today from the Elections Manager.

"We understand that there are a large number of people in Stanwood and in other parts of the county that have appreciated the ability to return their ballot directly to the Auditor’s Office through our… Continue

Timothy Loney replied to Timothy Loney's discussion 'Highway 532 Improvements'
The Highway 532 Project is progressing. Traffic does not seem to have been disrupted as much as I might have expected for the level of work that is being accomplished. The next phase of the project will expand into the City Limits of…
